What happens right after I check out?
Stripe confirms the subscription and your dashboard is provisioned instantly. You get an email to set your password, sign in, and copy your embed snippet. Most owners are catching leads within the hour.
How do I connect my existing website?
You paste one HTML snippet — or a script tag, if you prefer — into the page where you want the form. That's the whole install: no plugin, no rebuild, no developer required. The booking widget is optional and drops in the same way.
What if I don't have a website yet?
That's the second path: use the form on this page, tell us about the business, and we'll build the site and wire it to Mato. Builds are scoped and quoted on a call as a separate one-time project — the inbox plan stays monthly either way.
What if I don't get any leads?
We can't make your phone ring if the business doesn't have demand. But if you're sixty days in and the site is clearly underperforming, we sit down, look at the search terms and pages, and fix what we can. That's part of the monthly, not a separate invoice.
Can I cancel?
Any month, from the billing portal — no penalty, no exit fee, no call required. Export your leads to CSV first; they're yours. If we built your site, that was a one-time charge and you keep what you paid for.
Do I own the site and the leads?
Yes. The domain is yours, the content is yours, the design is yours, and every lead exports to CSV any time. If you leave, you can take the static site with you and we'll help you migrate it.
