How does the demo-before-pay thing actually work?
Twenty-minute call. You tell us about the business. Same day, we send you a link to a working site built for you, on a preview domain. You click around, show your partner. If you want it, we point your domain and the inbox goes live the same day. If you don't, the link expires and nothing is invoiced.
What if I already have a website?
We'll review it on the call. If it's salvageable, we move it onto our hosting and wire the inbox without rebuilding — that's the cheapest path. If it's not, we quote a rebuild on the call so you know the shape of it before we start.
What does a build fee even include?
Design, copy, content production, and getting the site live on your domain. It's a one-time number, fixed on the call so it doesn't move once we agree to it. We quote per project after we see the business — no menu, no surprise discovery phase.
What if I don't get any leads?
We can't make your phone ring if the business doesn't have demand. But if you're sixty days in and the site is clearly underperforming, we sit down, look at the search terms and pages, and fix what we can. That's part of the monthly, not a separate invoice.
Can I cancel?
The monthly hosting + inbox cancels any month — no penalty, no exit fee. We export your leads to CSV and hand off your domain. The build is a one-time charge; you keep the site you paid for.
Do I own the site?
Yes. The domain is yours, the content is yours, the design is yours. If you leave, you can take the static site with you and we'll help you migrate it.
